As our highly valued Director with our C&K Capella Limited Hours Care team, you'll nurture an inclusive, collaborative and supportive team culture where everyone can belong, grow and thrive.
C&K Capella our kindergarten program is run from Tuesday, Wednesday and Alternative Mondays and our limited hours care every Thursday and Friday, located next to Capella State School.
Our children love to play in our large outdoor area, exploring their natural environment and learning about our plants and flowers.
Using your skills, ideas and passion for education, you'll help shape the future of children in our care by collaborating with your team to create a safe, supportive and engaging play-based learning environment for children, their families and our wider community.
With energy, creativity and care, you'll lead a team of passionate people to deliver a quality educational program in our play-based learning environment. You'll play an integral role in the overall operations and management of the centre to encourage and nurture children's learning and development while building great relationships with our families and the wider community.
In this position you will be working every Thursday and Friday, running our Limited Hours Care team.
What you'll bring
To thrive and succeed in this role, you will either have:
A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent (recognised by ACECQA as an early childhood teaching qualification).
First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
Valid Blue Card and current Police Check (within three months or willing to obtain these).
