About the role:
As our Director with the C&K Capella Limited Hours Care team, you'll lead a team of passionate people to deliver a quality educational program in a play-based learning environment.
You'll be responsible for creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for children, their families, and the wider community.
You'll work every Thursday and Friday, running our Limited Hours Care team, and be an integral part of the centre's operations and management.
Requirements:
• A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent (recognised by ACECQA as an early childhood teaching qualification).
• First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
• A valid Blue Card and current Police Check (within three months or willing to obtain these).
• A collaborative mindset and passion for achieving long-lasting, high-quality outcomes for children, their families, and the community.
