Director, Human Resources
Full-time TemporaryDetails: People and Workplace Strategy are looking to backfill Director, Human Resources on three separate occasions.
The Director, Human Resources will develop, influence, and deliver a range of strategic and operational people services and initiatives that evolve workforce experience, leadership capability, and business outcomes. As a critical enabler and trusted advisor to leaders across the Directorate, you will also identify, manage, and resolve complex and sensitive/higher risk people management matters.
Eligibility/Other requirements: Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people designated position. This is a designated position in accordance with s42, Discrimination Act 1991 and is only open to Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people. Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander heritage is considered essential and therefore a Confirmation of Aboriginality may be requested.Qualifications in human resources, employee relations or psychology are highly desirable.National Police Check will be required prior to commencement.Notes: There are three temporary positions available for up to six weeks with varying commencement dates. Please advise which vacancy you wish to be considered for.Position (P50084) is available from 12 June 2024 to 22 July 2024Position (P50083) is available from 3 October 2024 to 5 November 2024Position (P62824) is available from 3 October to 29 October 2024An order of merit will be established from this selection process and may be used to fill future identical vacancies over the next 12 months.Selection may be based on application and referee reports only.This position will be in a new workplace designed for activity-based working (ABW).
