An exciting senior executive opportunity to lead the grant management and administration for state and local infrastructure projects to support housing delivery Ongoing/Permanent full-time role available Parramatta location with hybrid working supported TRP from $225K to $249K including superannuation, commensurate with experience What's in it for me? The role The Director Grants and Delivery leads infrastructure grant programs, coordinating with state agencies, local councils, utility providers, and industry to ensure timely and effective delivery of grant funding programs. This role is crucial for supporting housing and employment growth while maintaining high standards of integrity in public fund administration.
Key challenges include balancing quality and timely program delivery, adhering to legislative and policy requirements, and collaborating across government to achieve community outcomes. The Director is responsible for setting strategic direction, further developing grant administration, ensuring governance and risk management, and managing ongoing staff performance and resourcing.
What you will bring to the role Significant knowledge of the workings of government and in-depth knowledge and experience working with applicable legislation and regulations. Proven leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve shared goals. Capable of driving outcomes while effectively involving stakeholders throughout the process, fostering collaboration and buy-in. What is an essential requirement: Degree qualification in a related relevant discipline or equivalent relevant experience. Demonstrated senior level experience in leading all aspects of grant administration, with proven ability to deliver.
