In addition to Company Secretariat services, and operating with a high level of autonomy, the appointee will provide expert legal and commercial advice to the Executive Director and leadership team, ensuring that MACS operates within canonical and civil law, and that its rights are adequately protected.With experience as General Counsel in a large organisation - listed or unlisted - you are recognised as a collaborative and collegiate professional and executive leader with outstanding legal, commercial, governance and advisory skills.
