Director, - Gold Coast City, Australia - Andrew Wommack Ministries Aust LtdThe Director of Andrew Wommack Ministries Australia provides organizational direction and oversight of the office and Charis Bible College. The role requires a blend of management and theological experience with a focus on leadership and spiritual discipleship of staff. The director is responsible for the growth of the ministry, increases in partnerships as well as the spiritual growth of the College.The ideal applicant will have experience in management as well as theological training through Charis Bible College. They must have completed all three years of study and be ordained by Charis Bible College / Andrew Wommack Ministries. Additional qualifications include completion of the Directors Training Program, a Directors Internship, and recommendations from directors and staff members.The Director oversees the operations of the ministry, including production and distribution of materials, translation of materials, partner relations, marketing, and maintaining the correspondence program. They are responsible for creating and overseeing the annual budget, enforcing communication schedules, and facilitating the discipleship of partners.The Director will conduct themselves according to the guidelines of the ministry and maintain a professional relationship with staff and partners. They will operate within the scope of their position and adhere to the doctrine of the "Doctrinal Statement."Key responsibilities include: facilitating Charis locations, providing resources, and overseeing staff and operations.The Director will ensure reporting and complete all required reporting for the AWM office.They will engage in professional development, ongoing training, and discipleship with staff and students.The Director will facilitate the discipleship of partners and work with production and distribution of ministry products.Specific duties include: overseeing production/printing of materials, providing direction and establishing deadlines, enforcing communication schedules, and overseeing operations related to production, translation, partner relations, marketing, and correspondence programs.
