About you We're seeking a culturally grounded leader who identifies as an Indigenous Australian and is ready to drive innovation and change.
You'll bring: Postgraduate qualifications or equivalent experience in leading services that enhance First Nations student outcomes.
Proven leadership and team management experience, with a focus on fostering collaboration and cultural change.
Sound understanding of university processes, the tertiary education landscape, and equity principles.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
