About the Victorian Infrastructure Delivery Authority The Victorian Infrastructure Delivery Authority (VIDA) is a specialist project delivery organisation, responsible for delivering the biggest transport and health infrastructure program in Victorian history. This includes more than 200 projects such as the Metro Tunnel, North East Link, West Gate Tunnel, removing level crossings, new and upgraded hospitals in Footscray, Frankston and Warrnambool, and specialist programs such as the early parenting centres expansion and upgrade program.
Victorian Health Building Authority The Victorian Health Building Authority (VHBA) is responsible for the rollout of the Victorian Government's multi-billion-dollar health capital projects. Our diverse projects span the health, mental health and aged care portfolios across metropolitan, regional, and rural settings and ambulance branches across Victoria. VHBA also provides technical support across engineering, property, asset management and environmental sustainability disciplines. The role shapes and contributes to VIDA's technology vision, digital strategy, and information governance framework to enable VHBA's delivery of complex health infrastructure projects.
Working in close partnership with the VIDA Chief Information Officer and fellow Directors of IT across VIDA project offices, this position plays a pivotal role in driving technological innovation and digital transformation across the broader organisation through a collaborative, whole-of-VIDA approach.
This role is also accountable for reviewing and optimising IT operations, using data-driven insights to enhance performance, streamline processes, and ensure the scalability of IT infrastructure. This role also champions a forward-looking approach to digital implementation plans, leading efforts to ensure the organisation remains at the forefront of digital innovation.
