About the role

We are currently seeking an experienced Director with experience conducting the Implementation and Operations management across ICT Infrastructure. This role will be responsible for driving the highest level of service across our Defence business, including Technical Maintenance, Hosting, end User and Network and Operations.
About you

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Standardisation of processes across various Infrastructure services for Defence Operations.
Optimise delivery strategies and identify technology & process improvements to improve delivery, cost and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with governance requirements and statutory regulations including WHS.
Recruit, direct and develop team in order to drive high employee engagement and performance.
Continually leads, reviews, develops and updates leading strategies and core process and business improvements focusing on quality, innovation and adding value.
Ensures alignment of initiatives to the business strategy and values and collaborates across the rest of the business.
Understand Fujitsu's Portfolio of Services and the marketplaces in order to have an informed point of view on key challenges, trends and technologies.
Requirements and Experience:
10+ years' experience within leadership and management roles ideally within a Defence or Federal government sector.
Proven track record of providing the highest quality service to multiple clients and stakeholders within the ICT environment.
Experience in driving change across the business with process and policy development, training and strategy implementation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
NV2 Security Clearance.
Defence experience highly desirable.
