As the Director – Cyber Security and Risk in the Digital Technology Services team, you'll make a positive impact by: Developing and implementing robust security strategies aligned with NIST, ISM, and IRAP frameworksManaging cybersecurity risk assessments and providing strategic advice on risk mitigationOverseeing internal and external audits to ensure compliance with global security standardsLeading incident response and coordinating with vendors during cybersecurity eventsCollaborating with global security teams to align APAC practices with Serco's global security policiesSerco is a place for you To be successful in this role, you'll have: Minimum of 7 years of Demonstrated applicable experience in cybersecurity, with 3+ years in a leadership role(Preferred) Tertiary education in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related fieldCertifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA preferredExpert knowledge of information security, risk management, and compliance frameworksProven experience with NIST, DISP, ISM, and IRAP implementations and auditsStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAs a fast-growing and successful global company, Serco's services span across areas like Justice, Migration, Defence, Space, Customer Services and Health.
