As the Director – Cyber Security and Risk, you will lead cybersecurity initiatives across Serco Asia Pacific, ensuring alignment with global standards such as NIST, DISP, ISM, and IRAP. In this strategic role, you will collaborate amongst technology senior leadership peers and the Group CISO to protect Serco's critical assets and enhance risk management capabilities. You'll also drive continuous improvement in security practices while leading a highly skilled team.
As the Director – Cyber Security and Risk in the Digital Technology Services team, you'll make a positive impact by:
Developing and implementing robust security strategies aligned with NIST, ISM, and IRAP frameworks
Managing cybersecurity risk assessments and providing strategic advice on risk mitigation
Overseeing internal and external audits to ensure compliance with global security standards
Leading incident response and coordinating with vendors during cybersecurity events
Collaborating with global security teams to align APAC practices with Serco's global security policies

To be successful in this role, you'll have:
Minimum of 7 years of demonstrated applicable experience in cybersecurity, with 3+ years in a leadership role
(Preferred) Tertiary education in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA preferred
Expert knowledge of information security, risk management, and compliance frameworks
Proven experience with NIST, DISP, ISM, and IRAP implementations and audits
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
