This role will also lead a large business unit across four locations in Australia, and be accountable for the delivery and growth of high value capability projects at the Combat System level within Saab Australia.They will:Ensure combat system integration work is delivered on schedule and budget, and delivers value-for-money to the customer.Manage risk related to combat system integration work.Lead customer engagement to provide high levels of confidence in CS Integration capabilities.Identify and drive follow-on business to achieve order intake targets for NCS Systems Delivery.Lead and motivate to advance employee engagement and develop a high performing managerial team.Draw clear line of site to the mission, strategic aspirations and role clarity across the business to achieve organisation outcomes.About youAs an ideal candidate you will be competent in directing, motivating and engaging teams to successfully deliver large, complex engineering development projects. You will have exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills, and find win-win solutions with customers and the business. You will likely have a tertiary qualification in engineering or business.
