The key duties of the position include:A proven track record in leading large-scale, complex transformation initiatives with tangible results, and the ability to build leadership change capability that significantly impacts employee engagement.A unique blend of creativity and business focus, especially from a public servant's perspective.Strong relationship-building skills, capable of fostering collaboration and trust with stakeholders, including engaging third parties like the Department of Health and Aged Care when necessary.Expertise in developing and implementing an Agency-wide organisational change strategy, along with managing the design and delivery of education and training programs for various stakeholders.Skill in identifying and managing resistance to change, devising strategies to minimise disruption and maximise benefits, while supporting change management capability building.Proficiency in supporting change networks to maintain momentum, escalate issues, and share best practices.A commitment to enhancing employee engagement and fostering a positive organisational culture, primarily focusing on internal change activities within the Transformation Office and across the whole Agency.Ability to track and monitor change management budgets effectively and contribute to developing the future operating model for the Transformation Office.Qualifications:
Extensive experience required with more than 10 years in Organisational Change Management and more than 5 years in a large program in leading change management activities within complex delivery contexts.Experience in government, health and digital transformation / ICT-related environments would be highly desirable.Relevant tertiary qualifications in psychology, social science, communications, business management, business administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience would be desirable.Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing and evaluating change management requirements.Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining key stakeholder relationships.If you have these qualities and are ready to lead our team to new heights, we look forward to your application!

Salary: This role offers between $138,490 - $163,963 plus 15.4% superannuation depending on skills and experience.
