We are seeking a talented professional with experience in the legal sector to develop and implement Legal Aid Queensland's business partnership strategy, service planning and growth in preferred suppliers and partners.

What you will do As Director, Business Partnerships, you will develop and implement Legal Aid Queensland's business partnerships strategy, service planning and drive the growth in preferred suppliers and partners.
You will translate strategic goals to develop, plan and implement strategies to support and grow partnerships with preferred suppliers and partners to ensure high quality state-wide service delivery.
This diverse and challenging role reports to the Executive Director, Information, Advice and Partner Services and works closely with heads of the practice areas, as well as external stakeholders.
This position has a state-wide focus and is based in Brisbane.
About You Extensive experience managing professional business partnerships with external suppliers, preferably in a legal service provision context.
Ability to integrate priorities and develop a compelling vision.
Extensive experience in fostering a positive workplace culture.
Ability to remove systemic barriers to collaboration and implement strategies.
Demonstrated commitment to self-development and creation of feedback structures to anticipate and respond promptly to emerging issues.
Mandatory Requirements A qualification and/or practice experience in family or criminal law.
