Our people enable the Courts Group to deliver on each jurisdiction's own strategic priorities while also pursuing strategic opportunities that are interconnected and deliver benefits more broadly.About the RoleAs the Director, Built Environment you will initially report to the Executive Director, Major Projects and will play a critical role in the senior leadership team. You will provide leadership, technical and operational management to the Built Environment Division to support CSV's primary stakeholder, Courts Group.You will be a tactical and creative thinker with a strong record of working collaboratively through relationships and networks, and have the ability to work across operational and strategic domains to lead the Built Environment practice and contribute to CSV's substantial reform agenda.Key Responsibilities:Embed an operating model for the Built Environment Division that is fit-for-purpose for the Courts Group's unique organisational environment, and financially sustainable for CSV.Lead positive engagement across the Courts Group to ensure that all stakeholders are effectively represented and meaningfully engaged in the development of built environment solutions.Establish the Built Environment Division as a centre of capability and collaboration that helps enable jurisdictions to achieve their objectives.Actively and measurably promote a healthy, engaged, and productive workforce in the Built Environment Division, across CSV, and across Courts Group.About YouSignificant and demonstrated expertise and extensive experience in leading a team of similar scale and scope.Demonstrated experience in successfully driving organisational change in a large, complex service delivery environment.A relevant tertiary qualification and significant experience and achievement in planning, delivery and portfolio management of infrastructure assets (both owned and leased) is desirable.How to ApplyClick the 'Apply Now' button, ensuring you include the following in your application:ResumeA short cover letter
