It's what we are proud to have done now for over 100 years.Legacy Club Services (LCS) provides a suite of quality services that support participating Legacy clubs and their beneficiaries.About the RoleThe Director of Beneficiary Programs is responsible for the leadership, development and management of all beneficiary programs for LCS Clubs. It is a senior leadership role that provides subject matter, professional expertise to the CEO, LCS Board and Legacy Clubs that use LCS services. Reporting to the CEO, the Director Beneficiary Programs will be part of the LCS Senior Leadership Group.Leading an experienced team, the role currently has four direct reports with the potential for change based on a planned organizational review. The organizational goals are to be realized in a professional, service-based organization, that actively pursues best practice across its service delivery domains, within a collaborative and supportive organization.Key Responsibilities• Provide day to day supervision of all Beneficiary Programs.• Contribute to the LCS strategic planning process in the context of beneficiary programs, and to report on progress of relevant objectives.• Develop systems to monitor the outcomes of LCS Beneficiary Programs.• Monitor and assess social impact of LCS Beneficiary Programs.• Work collaboratively with Program Managers, Quality and Practice Lead and administration support delivering services, such as the family and youth and personal support program, advocacy services and holiday programs.• Provide networking pathways within the sector.• Review and evaluate the performance of programs for the purposes of assuring outcomes and benefits are aligned with Community Services sector professional best practice.• Develop and implement a suite of policies and procedures to underpin service delivery of LCS Beneficiary Programs.• Prepare and implement plans for the development of professional practice and growth across the range of programs delivered by LCS on behalf of Legacy Clubs.• Provide oversight and review of professional practice of staff and Legatees involved in the delivery of LCS Beneficiary Programs.• Develop annual budgets to meet both beneficiary and organizational needs.Skills and Experience• Strong leadership and management capability, a capacity for using initiative and delivering functional growth of Beneficiary Programs.• Excellent oral and written communications skills in delivering to internal and external organizations, executives and Boards.• Strong change management and transformation experience, leading through vision, communication, collaboration and engagement of all stakeholders.• Extensive experience in Community Services and able to demonstrate a strong understanding of one or more of the following: NGO's, Charities, the NDIS, PWDs or Aged Care.• High level knowledge of legislation relating to one or more of the following: Children and Families, Aged Care and the Disability Sector.• Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to engage in building relationships with staff, Legatees, external stakeholders and supporters.• A team player who is collaborative, passionate, and innovative.Minimum Requirements• Undergraduate Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a relevant Community Sector discipline.• Extensive experience in Community sector and able to demonstrate a strong understanding of NGO's, Charities, the NDIS, PWDs and Aged Care.• Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholders and contentious issues relating to service delivery.• High level knowledge of legislation relating to Children and Families, Aged Care and Disability Sector.• Extensive experience in managing services for children, families, youth, people with disabilities and older people.• Experience in service design and planning.• Demonstrated experience with change management, coaching and managing team members and performance management.Highly regarded:• Post Graduate Degree in management and/or relevant Community Sector discipline.• Previous experience working with confidential records and information.• Previous experience working with a membership-based organization.• Previous experience working with other ESOs/VSOs.• Previous experience with client relationship management systems.Benefits of working for Legacy include:The option to salary package, which has the potential to increase your take home salary.A paid day off on your birthday.A Picnic Day holiday each year in December.Paid parental leave for eligible team members.5 days study leave per year.Access to our Employee Assistance Program.Application ProcessPlease apply as soon as possible as applications will be reviewed on an immediate basis.
