The Role: Depending on whether you step in as an Associate Director and be trained to Director or begin in the Director role, you will oversee the Melbourne Middle Markets Commercial team across retail, industrial, and development properties.
Valuations typically cover: mortgage, litigation support & expert witness, taxation, acquisitions & disposals, and asset management.Ideally bringing work or strong panel familiarity (want to know the Panel managers at the banks recognize them for commercial work).Experience: Ideally 8+ years in Commercial Valuations + AAPI.
