The Director of APAC Demand Center RoleJoin us as the Director of the Demand Center, where you'll be the driving force behind operational excellence, increased productivity, and value creation. Your pivotal role involves crafting a high-performing team in a data-centric, performance-driven culture, ensuring the delivery of top-notch sales pipelines with an optimal ROI.
You'll contribute to refining organizational design, enhancing business processes for demand intake, and fostering employee development initiatives.

Leverage modern technology such as Salesforce Lightning, 6Sense, SalesLoft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to optimize performance.Collaborative Innovation: Collaborate with regional stakeholders, including Marketing, Sales, and Operations groups. Champion the adoption of new tools and processes for smarter engagement strategies.We're looking for a teammate with: Bachelor's degree is mandatory; a Master's degree or MBA is advantageous.Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team. Combine strategic development with a hands-on approach to drive exceptional results.Track record of achieving and exceeding pipeline targets, coupled with strong operational and project management experience. Experience in mentoring, performance development, and onboarding.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence high-level decision-makers. Comfortable speaking with diverse audiences.Strong strategic planning and analysis skills in sales, marketing, and business strategy.5-7 years of management experience in Inside Sales/Lead Development, preferably with technical or software companies, showcasing a track record of facilitating sales and pipeline growth.Experience in driving Lead Generation teams for tele-prospecting and qualification.Proven ability to successfully effect organizational change while keeping the team focused on results.Proficient in business-level English.The location for this role is: Sydney, Australia
