About the Role
As the Director of Accounting, Finance, Legal & Risk, you will be a senior leader responsible for the success of our finance and accounting division.
Reporting directly to the EGM of Queensland, you will oversee the division's commercial performance while nurturing the growth of your team.
Your strategic direction will shape client engagements, team development, and market positioning, ensuring we deliver best-in-class recruitment solutions to finance, accounting, legal and risk clients.
This role is Brisbane based.
You will need to:

Key Responsibilities
Build strategic business plans for both the division and individual team members that align with the wider Troocoo Business Strategy.
Take full ownership and responsibility for the divisional P&L and manage revenue and costs accordingly.
Play an active role as a member of the SLT to support all Troocoo employees and actively promote Troocoo values.
Identify new potential team members and integrate new hires into the division and wider business.
Develop new client relationships and manage existing client and candidate relationships at a tactical and strategic level, contributing to client engagement, retention and exploring other opportunities for the Troocoo wider business.
About You
Strong business acumen, with a strategic mindset for driving operational and financial results.
Proven experience in accounting, finance, legal and risk recruitment, with a focus on permanent, contract, or hybrid desks.
Ability to foster exceptional relationships to lead and support your team and the wider business.
The ability to self-motivate towards operational goals and motivate others to deliver outcomes.
Highly confident and knowledgeable in order to understand the requirements of our clients and create innovative solutions.
Set, manage and perform to individual and divisional KPIs.
Ability to deliver consistency in a professional recruitment methodology.
