As a Direct Care Worker with us, you'll support residents by delivering exceptional care in a respectful and nurturing environment.
In this role, you will assist residents with personal care, mobility, and daily living tasks while also contributing to their emotional and social well-being. Whether it's helping with hygiene, providing diversional therapy, or ensuring safety through risk assessments, your presence will make a difference. You'll collaborate with a dedicated team, assist with training, and ensure operational efficiency through tasks such as maintaining cleanliness, managing equipment, and contributing to client assessments.
What We're Looking For: Completed AQF Certificate III (WHA3) or Certificate IV (WHA4) in a relevant field.Experience in direct care services, particularly with aged, frail, or disabled individuals (WHA4).Strong commitment to customer service and quality care.Ability to exercise independent judgement, while collaborating with the team.Computer proficiency and knowledge of health and safety standards.Please note this position is multi-classed as WHA4 or WHA3 and classification will be determined by qualifications and experience.
