Part-time, working 64 hrs per fortnight, including dedicated non-contact study time Access up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits & increase take-home pay About the role As an Early Childhood Trainee Diploma Educator, you will gain hands-on experience and knowledge in early childhood education while working under the supervision of experienced childcare professionals. This role is designed to provide practical training and support towards obtaining a formal qualification in the Early Years Sector. You will assist in the day-to-day operations of the childcare centre, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for young children.
You will also be well-supported in your role by our Education Leader/ECT and Centre Director who will mentor and support you through your learning journey.

About you You will have experience shaping high-quality services that deliver learning and leisure experiences for children and promote the well-being and support of children and families who use them.
You will also have:
A sound understanding of operational requirements, including demonstrating applied knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations. Comprehensive knowledge of child development and quality care practices. Sound knowledge of Belonging, Being, Becoming that is reflected and articulated in programming and reflection on outcomes. An approved Australian Children's Education & Care Quality Authority qualification, Cert III (see list of approved qualifications). Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Certificates- or willingness to obtain them. Current Employee Working with Children Check / Working with Vulnerable Persons Check.
