Diploma Room Leader - Hurstville - Preschool & School Readiness

Are you an experienced Diploma qualified Early Childhood Educator, with Room Leader experience, looking for a wonderful new centre and team to be part of?
This gorgeous, 45 place centre in vibrant Hurstville is currently looking for a passionate and driven Diploma Educator / Room Leader to join their warm and welcoming team!
You Will Be Responsible For
Fostering positive and open communication with children on an ongoing basis
Creating a stimulating, positive, and developmentally appropriate environment
Conducting observation and evaluation of children's development
Providing physical care, assisting children in daily routines and meal times
Responding to the emotional needs of the children
Maintaining up-to-date records for each child within the group
You Will Need The Following Skills/Experience
Diploma in Early Childhood Education or Bachelor trained in Early Childhood Education with prior experience
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Current First-Aid Certificate, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training
Excellent knowledge and experience of EYLF and NQF
Competent in all areas of childcare compliance, legislation, and WH&S
High level of professionalism and communication with families and co-workers
Previous experience in the Preschool room and school readiness programs
Good verbal and written communication skills
Passion, enthusiasm, and a strong commitment to high-quality care
