Are you an experienced Diploma qualified Early Childhood Educator, with Room Leader experience, looking for a wonderful new centre and team to be part of?This gorgeous, 45 place centre in vibrant Hurstville is currently looking for a passionate and driven Diploma Educator / Room Leader to join their warm and welcoming team!You Will Be Responsible For

Fostering positive and open communication with children on an ongoing basisCreating a stimulating, positive, and developmentally appropriate environmentConducting observation and evaluation of children's developmentProviding physical care, assisting children in daily routines and meal timesResponding to the emotional needs of the childrenMaintaining up-to-date records for each child within the groupYou Will Need The Following Skills/Experience

Diploma in Early Childhood Education or Bachelor trained in Early Childhood Education with prior experienceWorking With Children Check (WWCC)Current First-Aid Certificate, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis trainingExcellent knowledge and experience of EYLF and NQFCompetent in all areas of childcare compliance, legislation, and WH&SHigh level of professionalism and communication with families and co-workersPrevious experience in the Preschool room and school readiness programsGood verbal and written communication skillsPassion, enthusiasm, and a strong commitment to high-quality careThe Good Bits!
