An Early Education and Care Diploma educator who is looking to expand their skills and knowledge with an older age group? We are looking for people to join our team who:
Hold or are working towards a Diploma in Early Education and Care or who hold a Cert III in Early Education and Care and are willing to study their Diploma, either as a trainee or through an outside organisation. Have a current WWVP card or are willing to obtain one. Have a strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework. Are ready to lead a team of educators with the support and guidance of our service Director. Enjoy sharing their skills and knowledge with children and educators. Build strong, trusting relationships between children, families, and team members. Have children's wellbeing at the center of everything that they do. What we would offer you:
Above award hourly rates. Excellent salary packaging that can provide up to $18,550 of your gross pay tax-free – for a variety of eligible expense items. Flexibility in full-time or part-time hours, based on your individual needs. Options for a full-time position: You will be available to work both Before and After School Care every day and will be given administration time.
You will receive a split shift allowance. Options for a part-time position: You will be available for a variety of Before and After School Care shifts, with at least 4 days availability for After School Care or be able to work 5 days for After School Care. Permanent or part-time position based on your individual needs. This role comes with an above award wage of $33.60-$34.62, based on experience and qualification, with a split shift allowance of $19.00 when you work a Before and After School Care shift on the same day. The structure at our Out of School Hours Care Services includes a Service Director, a variety of team leaders, deputy team leaders, and educators.
You will be working with the team to deliver a quality Before and After School Care program.
