We are looking for a full-time Digitisation Supervisor to help support our Digitisation team.
Based in Strathfield South, our team are part of a national Digitisation team who work together on shared projects and initiatives as well as autonomously on local and state-wide clients.

In this role you will: Plan, schedule, monitor, and report on activities related to digitisation projects Work positively with the full range of individuals and groups involved in the TIMG Work with operations team in organising document preparation and scanning staff volumes to suit incoming work load Estimating suitable time frames for digitisation work to be completed in and monitoring each project process Assisting with the reviewing of job cost of sale and calculating labour cost Provide feedback information of job progress and completion to National Operations Manager and Sales Team on a regular basis Providing relief duties to staff that are absent due to illness or Annual Leave What we offer You'll be joining a company dedicated to a culture that is fun, friendly, supportive, and respectful.
