They also contribute to procedures, mailroom resources & guides, and maintain registers of digitised records.
Responsibilities Receive, open, sort, scan, and register physical mail and other records accurately and promptly.
Distribute digitised mail to the relevant business areas.
Support the Mailroom Officer in providing general mailroom 'help desk' functions to internal business areas.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with business areas to foster their cooperation and support in delivering the Mailroom service.
Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and projects to improve record management and mail service delivery.
Skills & Experience Demonstrated administrative experience.
Sound planning and organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks, work independently and within agreed timelines.
Demonstrated skills in scanning records to a quality standard.
Demonstrated experience in data entry, Microsoft 365 software including Outlook.
Confidence in providing exceptional customer service with a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
