The DocShop is seeking candidates to join our Digitisation Team as the Digital Coordinator. This is a hands-on-role working within the team. The position will be responsible for the planning, implementation and completion of digitisation projects. Including workflows, quality of digital files, maintaining equipment and collaborating with team members to meet project goals and timelines.
You will be responsible to:
Plan and coordinate digitisation projects, ensuring timely delivery within budgetLiaise with internal team members and external vendors to meet client expectationsMonitoring image quality to meet Company quality assurances standardsRegister, prepare, scan, catalogue, index and convert hard copies to electronic filesWork with the Sales Team to enhance client opportunitiesEnsure production hardware is maintained for optimum performancePerform other duties and responsibilities that supports the job functionWorking 37.5 hours per week, this role is essential for ensuring the organisation remains relevant and competitive in the digital landscape.

Excellent attention to details and accuracy to ensure a quality resultApplicants need to be comfortable performing repetitive workAbility to acquire strong digital file management skillsPositive attitude within a team environmentTech savvy skillset with intermediate level Microsoft application skillsExperience in various aspects of digital imagingHave a current drivers licenceComplete a National Police CheckWell regarded:
