As our Digital Workplace Services Lead, you will be responsible for improving end user experience for Great Southern Bank team members through the design, implementation, and support of Microsoft 365, Modern Desktop, and related solutions. You will use your subject matter expertise, leadership, and stakeholder management skills to enhance workplace productivity and efficiency. This position is open to candidates located in Brisbane's CBD, offering you the flexibility to work from home two days a week.
You'll make an impact by: Oversee the design, technical delivery, and management of digital workplace services, projects, and initiatives.Collaborate with Solution Architects to analyse technical requirements to develop solution designs and architecture in line with technology risk and cyber controls.Define and embed engineering practices and procedures including release, testing, and deployment processes.Planning and roadmap development to support the Bank's strategy and continual service improvement.Manage hardware providers and partner services to ensure they meet the Bank's requirements.Work closely with Service Delivery support teams to ensure appropriate support and incident response services are in place for digital workplace services, including the management of critical incidents and escalations.Work closely with Change Management teams to develop and deliver training programs that support the adoption of digital workplace services and processes. To succeed in this role, you will have: Minimum 10+ years' experience in IT with 5+ years' experience in a technology leadership role.Demonstrated experience in implementing digital workplace projects, including evaluating and implementing solutions using the Microsoft 365 platform.Demonstrated planning, management, and leadership skills with the ability to achieve strategic business outcomes through effective and efficient resource management.Demonstrated ability to get to the heart of a business problem, assess against the IT strategy, and create fact-based options for timely decision making.Proven experience managing the successful delivery of change across multiple platforms in a complex technology environment.Strong relationship management, consulting, negotiation, and facilitation skills. Proven experience transforming an IT/business relationship from service provider to partner.Knowledge of Agile, Kanban, Lean, and System Thinking methods and their application.
