About This Opportunity
As an Active Directory Administrator within the Global M365 Team, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent support for our global AD (Active Directories) footprint and help align the global solution with local requirements.
Reporting to the Digital Workplace Manager based in France, within an international team dedicated to Azure, Office 365, Active Directory and Exchange solutions, you will work in close collaboration with the business project managers, helping them to define their needs, and with the IT teams that manage the infrastructure and applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Build Level:
Define and enhance the current Microsoft on-premises architecture. Produce comprehensive technical architecture documents. Enhance Information Security by implementing Tiering & Hardening measures. Define and implement delegation models. Collaborate with "business" project managers to understand and address their needs.
Run Level:
Monitor and track remediation plans, ensuring timely completion. Drive continuous improvement initiatives. Document system configurations and changes. Serve as the last level of support for incidents within the AD perimeter.
Additional Responsibilities:
Help define migration strategies and implementation plans for Office 365. Conduct regular audits to maintain operational integrity. Implement best practices and recommendations from Microsoft. Automate routine tasks to improve efficiency.
What We Look For:
We believe the right candidate possesses the following qualities and skills:
Education
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Active Directory Relevant Microsoft certifications are advantageous. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field advantageous
Technical
Proficient in Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, Azure AD, M365, and the Microsoft ecosystem. PowerShell scripting skills. Some knowledge of conditional access and security architecture. Familiarity with migration methodologies to Office 365, such as Bit Titan (MigrationWiz).
Personal Attributes
The ability to work effectively in a team and in a hybrid context. Demonstrated autonomy and self-motivation in the field. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsiveness. Effective communication and teaching skills.
