The OpportunityWe are looking for a talented Digital User Experience Analyst to join our dynamic IT team in Brisbane.
This full-time, permanent role is perfect for an experienced technical support professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and fostering strong relationships across the organization.Day-to-day you will be responsible for:Mentoring and developing junior analysts to promote upskilling.Managing and maintaining digital user devices and assets.Addressing and resolving technical support requests promptly.Gathering user feedback to enhance digital experiences.Adhering to data security, privacy regulations, and corporate compliance policies.Staying informed about new technologies and their applications.Building strong relationships with stakeholders for collaboration and knowledge sharing.To succeed in this role, you should be a team player with exceptional communication skills.
You excel under pressure and are a highly organized individual.
Additionally, you will have:Diploma level qualifications or higher in a relevant fieldStrong troubleshooting and incident management abilities.Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Good technical and troubleshooting knowledge of laptops, desktops, printers, routers, mobile phones, and network equipment.Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills with Windows 10/11, Office 365, Intune, Group Policies, Autopilot and Video conferencing solutions.
