ProSidian seeks a Digital Training Facility Manager [DTFM] to support an engagement for a training directorate of the USG that supports training and readiness of active and reserve military personnel.
This DoD/Military Sector Role is a W-2 Employee Labor Category Position located at or near Devens RFTA, MA - CONUS | AC/RC: RC | ACOM: USARC.
The Digital Training Facility Manager [DTFM] provides management and oversight at/for the assigned Digital Training Facility (DTF), a computer lab on Army installations and Reserve sites.
Units use DTFs to conduct training that improves individual and unit readiness.
Responsibilities include the following: Supports oversight of student scheduling, supervision, and training. Coordinates facility maintenance and interacts with Enterprise Management System (EMS) Technicians. Adheres to EMS direction to replace monitors, desktop computers, and servers, and verifies operation of hardware and software in the DTFs. Maintains facility security and assists students in using assets provided in DTFs. Monitors and reports the condition and inventory of IT hardware, desks, chairs, and other furniture. Partners with other entities to create secure lab environments. Provides metrics and reports to designated Management, Section Leadership, and Stakeholder Staff. Schedules the use of DTFs and provides hands-on assistance to the Product Manager (PdM) Army Training Information System (ATIS) and EMS staff. Experience: 5 years of management experience within IT support and/or management (Required). Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to analyze and evaluate trainees and provide solutions to potential challenges. Education Requirement: Bachelor degree (preferably in computer science, information systems, information technology, computer engineering or related). U.S.
