Role Summary: As the Manager Digital Supply Chain, your role is crucial in providing digital technology governance, compliance, and assurance oversight to ensure that the supply chain effectively utilises technology for value for money, security, and development outcomes.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Digital Supply Chain Strategy and Plan, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technology trends.
Moreover, you will play a key role in integrating digital technologies through transformations to enhance supply chain efficiency and resilience.
Your efforts will ensure that the organisation remains at the cutting edge of supply chain management, incorporating the latest advancements and best practices.
In this role, you will also oversee cyber security resilience within the supply chain, establish frameworks, and educate stakeholders on risk mitigations.
Your leadership will be instrumental in supporting the supply chain's strategic goals, contributing to the success of submarine programs.
This position requires a strategic perspective, balancing long-term issues, opportunities, and risks to ensure ongoing business success.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the Digital Supply Chain Strategy and Plan.
Implement supplier connectivity, process automation, and data analytics initiatives.
Prepare business cases and capital expenditure proposals for digital supply chain investments.
Oversee cyber security resilience for the supply chain.
Lead risk identification and mitigation related to the Digital Supply Chain Plan.
Manage supply chain master data and governance processes.
Promote ASC's digital supply chain leadership at industry events.
Skills and Experience: The ideal candidate will possess over ten years of relevant business experience, with a deep understanding of digital supply chain principles, processes, and best practices.
Your expertise in strategic business planning, program management, and contemporary project management methodologies, such as Agile, is essential.
A history of delivering end-to-end digital supply chain transformation's is highly desired in this position.
You will have highly developed communication and customer relations skills, along with strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
Your experience should include balancing conflicting priorities, establishing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships, and knowledge of advanced manufacturing and supply chain technology.
Familiarity with financial reporting, budgeting, and business case development relevant to a supply chain is also highly desirable.
Tertiary qualifications in commerce, supply chain, digital technologies, or a related discipline is required.
