As Digital Services Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our campus technology infrastructure. Your primary objective will be to coordinate the installation and maintenance of ICT and audio-visual equipment, manage complex projects, and provide exceptional customer service to our diverse university community.
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with significant technical experience and expertise in using ICT systems and services. You will confidently resolve technical issues, oversee equipment deployment, and support learning spaces, adhering to university guidelines, and consistently upholding a high standard of service.
