Your role as a Digital Project Lead at Deepend is pivotal to the success of our clients' business. You will be responsible for the entire program lifecycle of the clients you work with from strategic planning, with the appropriate consultants and client sponsors, to the tactical implementation of activities and associated product developments.
In addition to this strategic focus, your role is responsible not only for the efficient and effective program management of your clients' initiatives but also for ensuring that the envisaged projects are the absolute best they can be within the confines of the program scope. As an integral role within the business, the Digital Project Lead will own that vision, guide and lead the team to meet its short, medium and long-term delivery commitments.
You will be a confident communicator at all levels of the corporate structure and across a broad range of areas within the company you work with. You will work day-to-day with a customer experience focused counterpart to define broader product developments, campaigns and release requirements.

Objectives of the RolePlan, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to our clients' business objectivesOversee multiple projects and project teams within Deepend and the clients you work with, ensuring program goals are reachedManage budget and funding channels for maximum productivityDevelop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvementMaintain organisational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performanceDaily and Monthly ResponsibilitiesWork closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiativesManage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiativesIdentify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendorsDevelop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectivesWork with others within the team to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the departmentAnalyse, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholdersFormulate, organise and monitor inter-connected projectsDecide on suitable strategies and objectivesCoordinate cross-project activitiesDevelop and control deadlines, budgets and activitiesApply change, risk and resource management techniques where appropriateAssume responsibility for the program's people and vendorsAssess program performance and aim to maximize ROIResolve projects' higher scope issuesPrepare reports for the Program Directors and Project BoardsSkills and Qualifications5+ years in advanced project and/or program managementExceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organisational skillsDeep customer experience backgroundExcellent problem-solving abilityRecognised certifications in SEO, Google Analytics, or similar digital marketing toolsFirsthand experience with the running of campaigns touching platforms like Salesforce and HubSpotA proven history of managing and optimising successful e-campaignsFamiliarity with A/B testing and other testing methodologiesBeing a part of our company means being a member of a team of professionals committed to achieving the highest quality standards.
