We are currently seeking two dynamic and seasoned Digital Product Owners to join our expanding team to drive the delivery of impactful digital initiatives across critical moments in our customer and employee journeys. As a Digital Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role aligning strategic initiatives with business objectives, defining and prioritising customer needs, and overseeing the successful delivery and optimization of digital our products and features.
Digital Product Owner – Automation As the Digital Product Owner for Automation, you will be responsible for leading, shaping, and championing our digital initiatives relating to machine learning capabilities, business processes automation, machine bot development, and digital business workflow management. Collaborating with a cross-functional team and engaged business stakeholders, you will be at the forefront of driving efficiency and innovation.
Digital Product Owner – Sales Transformation As the Digital Product Owner for Sales Transformation, you will be responsible for defining, leading, and delivering our digital initiatives relating to new equipment purchasing. This initiative will deliver impactful digital solutions to both our customers and employees across various Sime Darby Industrial dealerships.
Both roles require a passion for digital analytics and experimentation, continuous delivery, and solving complex customer and business problems, This is a fantastic opportunity to work with our award-winning and mature agile digital teams based in Brisbane, South Bank QLD on a Permanent/ fulltime position.
Key responsibilities: Role Specific DeliverablesDeliver best-in-class digital customer & employee experiences that meet digital-specific targets, benefits and KPI's including adoption, conversion, and customer loyalty.Apply strong commercial acumen to strategically align digital outcomes with business goals and contribute to the organization's financial success.Clearly define and articulate the feature backlog requirements during the concept and initiation phases aligned with business/customer needs and commercial benefits.Own the execution of squad increment plans, ensuring feature development aligns with overall product goals and meet business objectives, are scalable, reliable, and maintainable.Live and breathe the product by continuously monitoring product performance (incl automated solutions), identify areas for improvement, optimize solutions to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability as well as showcase new features that are delivered to the business.Why Sime Darby? Tertiary qualifications in relevant Business IT DisciplineMinimum 5 years Digital Product Owner and or customer journey experienceMinimum 5 years' experience working in an agile environment with high performing cross-functional teams that deliver tangible and measurable business outcomesDemonstrated fluency in best-practice customer journey managementExcellent written and oral communication skillsExtensive experience with developing and managing stakeholder relationshipsAt Sime Darby Industrial, we foster a culture that encourages innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
