The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly motivated Digital Product Manager with strong data analytics expertise to join our Sydney-based team. Reporting to the Head of Omnichannel, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for our digital platforms, driving data-driven decision-making to optimise product performance and enhance customer experiences.
The RoleProduct Strategy: Develop and execute digital product roadmaps aligned with business objectives, using data analytics to identify opportunities and measure success.End-to-End Ownership: Lead initiatives from idea generation through to planning, scoping, briefing development teams, launching, testing, reviewing, and reporting on results.Collaboration: Liaise with developers, QA, UX teams, and external agencies to ensure seamless delivery of projects.Stakeholder Management: Manage both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities.User-Centric Design: Champion the voice of the customer by incorporating user research and feedback into product development.Performance Optimisation: Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimise product performance.Agile Delivery: Lead agile product development processes, including backlog prioritisation, sprint planning, and release management using tools like Asana.About You5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a digital environment, with a focus on data analytics or data-driven product development.Strong knowledge of data analytics tools and platforms, including SQL, Big Query, Google Analytics, and Power BI.Naturally curious about AI and its applications in digital product management.Proven ability to use data to solve complex business problems and make strategic recommendations.Experience with A/B split testing, and familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.Strong ability to liaise with developers, QA, UX, and external agencies to get things done efficiently.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience managing multiple stakeholders at various levels.Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and tools like Asana.Experience working with e-commerce platforms or global businesses is a plus.Our ValuesPassion, Integrity, Collaboration, Innovation – these are the values that unite us, inspire us and set us apart.
