The RoleBookipi is looking for an experienced Digital Product Manager to lead one of a number of new products for our global platform. Bookipi has continued to double its growth year after year and we need your skills to continue to scale.This is a unique opportunity to own your product from day one!You will oversee all of your product's needs from development to release. In conjunction with the leadership team you will execute on the product strategy. You will gather data, create product roadmaps, and work with developers and marketing to launch your products. You will take ownership of the success of your product.We are a Remote First company and allow full Work From Home.Key Actions & DutiesTranslate business strategy into product strategyExecute product strategyOwn the product roadmapLead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing to ensure delivery of high-quality products.Maintain product backlogs, manage sprints, facilitate team communicationPlan and carry out product launchesDrive action throughout the organisation to get your products to marketManage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issuesBecome an expert with respect to our competition and our customersPerform product demos to internal team and external customersSkill & Experience RequirementsMust have a comprehensive understanding of the product lifecycle from inception to launch and growth of the live monetised productMinimum of 3 years experience as a Digital Product Manager servicing small to medium businessesSAAS tech and startup background with experience in B2B digital productsExperience leading an Agile team and a deep understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework. Familiarity with Agile tools (such as JIRA, ClickUp, Trello, or Asana)Experience with Amplitude or a similar user tracking platformsExamples and at least one sample of an effective product delivered in the pastDemonstrated success in defining and launching excellent productsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBachelor's degreeExcellent team playerProven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authorityAbout youAt Bookipi, as a Product manager you will deliver value by leading a product that solves a problem, in a measurable way, with a team of talented individuals.
