You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, deliver and iterate products across industries and sectors.
This is a hands-on role that requires a deep understanding of culture, design principles, user experience, and a passion for creating exceptional digital products.We believe in the importance of a creative generalist mentality, so you'll be in charge of more than just design.

We offer opportunities across all business areas and encourage you to try new things.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design process from concept to completion, including research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and usability testing.Collaborate with strategists, creative directors, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.Conduct user research and analyse feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on product designs.Create high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and detailed design specifications to guide development.Experience Desired:4+ years of experience as a Digital Product Designer or in a similar role.Experience designing end-to-end digital products, from strategy and concept to development and QA.Experience with user research methods, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.Solid understanding of front-end development principles and the ability to communicate effectively with developers, or willingness to grow with our projects.Must be proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite.We don't require any specific tertiary education, but formal qualifications in Psychology and Design are nice to have.Mindsets:Willingness to get in the weeds and be involved in every stage of the product development process.
