An exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Performance Specialist to analyse, measure and help grow the digital presence of two banking brands.
Working across the full range of products and services, you'll use a range of digital tools to measure and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and key sales funnels to provide the insights needed to achieve results.
You'll use your experience across SEO, SEM/PPC to implement lead generation initiatives, with a strong focus on conversion optimisation. You'll bring technical skill to the marketing team to assist with the delivery of enhanced digital experiences, deeper analysis and initiatives to increase leads to the business. You'll be a problem solver, capable of working with a range of stakeholders and will use your strong attention to detail and analytical thinking to understand end to end sales and marketing processes to measure and uncover opportunities for improvement.
About you Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role Proven experience working with campaign measurement and conversion optimisation Proven experience in using a range of online tools to drive leads and optimise sales funnels including Google Analytics, PPC/ SEM, SEO Analytical, strong attention to detail and stakeholder management skills A university, TAFE or other industry based marketing, business or related qualification Experience with html coding and APIs desirable but not mandatory Why work for us We offer competitive salaries, birthday leave, flexible working arrangements, career growth, training and development opportunities and support.
