Due to ongoing growth, an outstanding new role as the Digital Performance Coordinator has arisen.
The role will support the Digital Performance Manager in executing high-impact digital marketing campaigns for both Evo and the Haircare Group with a strong focus on SEM and SEO.
The role is pivotal in ensuring the timely execution of performance marketing activities that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth across B2B and D2C channels.
Key Responsibilities Execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns on paid social media platforms (Meta Ads and TikTok Ads), paid search (Google Ads), and SEO.Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget, aligning with business strategies.Continuously monitor campaign performance, making recommendations for improvement and optimising based on KPIs (e.g., ROAS, CTR, CPA).Manage day-to-day relationships with performance marketing and paid media agencies, ensuring they deliver strong ROI.Liaise with third-party vendors and agencies to execute campaigns, troubleshoot issues, and optimise workflows.Work closely with the creative and brand teams to ensure digital content aligns with campaign strategies and is optimised for digital channels.Manage and update website content, digital ads, and landing pages to improve user experience and drive conversions.Track and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Google Ads.Provide post-campaign analysis and actionable insights to guide future digital marketing strategies.Work closely with the Digital Performance Manager to ensure that all campaign deliverables are aligned with the overall marketing and brand strategies.Support collaboration between ecommerce, sales, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive marketing strategies that drive growth.Key Skills / Background 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO and SEM execution.Experience working in B2B or B2C environments.Proficiency in using SEO and SEM tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush.Demonstrated ability to manage digital marketing campaigns, track performance metrics, and optimise strategies based on data.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.#J-18808-Ljbffr
