As a Digital Journey Optimisation Manager you will leverage your customer-focussed, analytics and digital expertise to identify breakpoints in our digital customer experiences and drive solutions to increase conversions for the business and a better experience for our customers.
You will be in a Chapter supporting your development and success in the role whilst working in a Squad focused on improving & optimising a part of the digital customer journey, owning the optimisation roadmap, managing the day-to-day build, delivery and conversion of personalised initiatives on commbank.com.au, CommBank App and NetBank.

You'll be a part of the X15 squad - a team of talented POs, UX designers, Marketing, Data and Product managers to help ventures scale through the bank's internal and external channels. By using data-driven and customer-led insights you'll ensure experiences are compelling, personalised, and deliver value for our customers.
On any given week you will Own acquisition and retention outcomes of digital assets across Commbank.com.au, NetBank and the CommBank appDrive end-to-end delivery of key digital experiences, including targeted personalised messaging, and A/B experimentation - from ideation to execution and measurement, using Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Platform, Audience Manager, and Adobe Analytics.Deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting and deep-dive analysis of key metricsDevelop and execute on a data-driven tactical roadmap for X15 Ventures alongside key stakeholdersIdentify and drive key strategic initiativesSupport projects impacting digital acquisition and/or retention experiences for X15 Ventures We are interested to hear from people who have A clear customer focus with proven channel and stakeholder management experienceExceptional communication, influencing and negotiating skillsStrong analytical and financial acumen - Adobe Analytics highly regarded or similar application used to extract useful insights from digital dataProven ability to identify new business opportunities and deliver and own a strategy from inception through to execution.Hands on experience with conversion optimisation platforms (Adobe Platform including Target, Experience Manager, Audience Manager &/or Journey Optimizer ideal)Passionate about SEO/website/owned channel optimisation, digital marketing and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends If this role sounds like you - Apply now!
