Because we want to give people around the world the power and desire to make easy, sustainable change.Your New RoleAs the Digital & Online Marketplaces Director, you'll be responsible for shaping and executing our digital strategy to elevate both customer acquisition and retention. You'll oversee all digital, e-commerce, and website initiatives, making data-driven decisions that enhance our brand's digital presence and boost conversions. With a focus on creating a seamless and engaging user experience, you'll manage key areas, including our loyalty program, media buying, and the performance of online marketplaces like Amazon.In this role, you'll work closely with a talented cross-functional team to deliver impactful campaigns across multiple digital channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives. You'll also lead, mentor, and grow our digital marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment that keeps us at the forefront of digital trends.Your Day to Day Develop and lead digital strategies across e-commerce, paid search, social media, display, SEO, email marketing, and loyalty programs. Oversee website and e-commerce platform performance, optimising for user experience, engagement, and conversions. Manage the loyalty program to drive customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value. Lead data analysis and reporting across platforms, using insights to drive campaign and e-commerce performance. Implement SEO and CRO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve conversion rates. Manage the digital marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximise ROI. Oversee media buying across radio, OOH, and digital networks to ensure brand visibility and reach. Lead and support a high-performing digital team with mentorship and development opportunities. Manage online marketplaces, ensuring consistent branding and growth on platforms like Amazon. What You Need Proven experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, and website management. Strong technical knowledge of e-commerce platforms, CMS, and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM). Expertise in loyalty programs and retention strategies. Analytical skills to interpret data and enhance digital campaigns. Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex digital projects. Knowledge of SEO, paid media, email marketing, and media buying. Familiarity with marketplaces like Amazon and strong technical understanding of e-commerce platforms. The Perks Dog friendly offices.
