The Role: As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be the key custodian of ARBS' digital brand. You will develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy with a primary focus on building a strong web presence while integrating digital and traditional marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a robust, cross-platform marketing strategy with a focus on digital initiatives.Oversee the website development, content strategy, and performance optimisation, including SEO, SEM, remarketing, and retargeting efforts.Create compelling marketing content for various platforms: EDMs, website, ads, sponsor documents, and more.Manage marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional (e.g., event signage, print ads), ensuring cohesive brand messaging.Execute web activation strategies to increase traffic, engagement, and conversions.Collaborate with industry associations and build relationships to leverage marketing opportunities and drive grassroots initiatives.Track, analyse, and optimise marketing activities using analytics tools for improved ROI.To secure the role, we are looking for: 5+ years of experience in a senior digital marketing role with a focus on web development and digital strategies.Strong knowledge in website management, SEO, SEM, UX, CX and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics).Proven ability in content creation across multiple channels (web, EDMs, ads).Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.Strong writing and communication skills, with an eye for detail and brand consistency.Experience in stakeholder engagement and building relationships within related industry sectors.Why Work for Us?
