We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to assist in the planning, execution, and optimisation of our online marketing initiatives across our E-Commerce channels. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in growing our digital presence and enhancing the online shopping experience for our members. We are seeking a proactive, creative person who can take ownership of their responsibilities and find creative solutions to building our brand awareness.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for E-Commerce and digital marketing that also understands the importance of collaboratively sharing and working with a broader team to achieve excellent customer journeys and build a loyal member base within a competitive E-Commerce landscape.
Job Duties/Essential FunctionsAssist in building digital marketing strategies, which coincide with the overall business goals.Actively involved with keyword research, SEO, and image optimisation.Produce SEO-optimised content that resonates with our audience.Manage the planning, execution, and distribution of all E-Commerce promotional emails.Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update the website.Collaborate with designers and content specialists to improve the user experience.Execute day-to-day tactics that increase conversion rates and identify opportunities for improvement on a regular basis across the website and app.Analyse and measure digital marketing campaigns using web analytics.Stay ahead of market trends to strengthen the brand and build awareness in the E-Commerce space.Plan and collaborate with designers to execute online-related A/B tests.Work closely with other teams like Buying, Marketing, Operations, and Depots to improve performance and foster collaboration.Experience/Skills:Minimum 2-3 years in a similar role with experience in digital strategy, marketing concepts, and best practices.Demonstrated E-Commerce enthusiast with proven experience in the B2C environment.Experience with E-Commerce platforms (SAP Hybris, Shopify, or similar) along with customer engagement platforms (e.g., SAP Emarys).Working knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends).Skills and experience in creative content development.Analytical and critical thinking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A can-do, positive, and curious attitude.Ability to prioritise and work efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Other Specific Requirements: Satisfactory Criminal record check.* If successful, you will be required to undertake role and department-specific training within specified timeframes.
