Driven by You.Due to an internal promotion, we now have a great opportunity for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our consumer-focused Media & Digital Excellence team based in North Sydney.Reporting to the Digital & Data Manager, you will work together to develop and execute Kimberly-Clark's Owned Digital strategy for ANZ including CRM, websites, and SEO.Job DescriptionCRMLead CRM strategy development and execution for all Kimberly-Clark brands with a focus on the individual consumer journeys for each. Work closely with brand managers to ensure strategy is aligned with overall brand strategy and goals.Identify, plan, build, and manage personalized consumer CRM journeys across all Kimberly-Clark brands, covering a variety of channels.Identify and develop new data capture opportunities to grow our 1st party databases and build deeper consumer profiles to enable stronger segmentation and personalization of communications.Plan, manage, and deliver CRM marketing campaigns to support brand digital activity.Work with brand and retailer teams to ensure CRM marketing materials and designs follow industry best practices.Work closely with the legal team to ensure data security, data privacy, and regulatory compliance are maintained for all 1st party data applications.Analyze and report on key success metrics for CRM activity and provide actionable insights to key stakeholders to help further develop CRM and marketing plans.Websites/General DigitalWork with the rest of the digital team to ensure CRM strategies align with the overall digital vision for Kimberly-Clark and its brands.Work with internal stakeholders to ensure a consistent best-in-class digital experience across all channels for our consumers online.Analyze and report on key success metrics for owned platforms and provide actionable insights to key stakeholders.Manage website content and feature updates.Support project management of new website/re-platform projects with brand teams and DTS.Continually upskill and build general digital and CRM capability with the broader marketing team.Be a strong voice for digital marketing within the business and champion digital marketing strategies with key stakeholders across all business functions.About YouIdeally, you will have 2+ years of experience in the digital marketing space, with a proven understanding of CRM tools.Experience working with data and possess an analytical mindset.Some experience in website CMS, Google Analytics, and SEO/SEM and CRO.With strong attention to detail and project management skills, you have the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders cross-functionally.You are also proactive and solutions-oriented.You love what you do, especially when the work you do makes a difference.
