Step into a pivotal role where you can be at the heart of connecting the brand with customers like never before.
An exciting opportunity has emerged for a creative and experienced digital marketing specialist with a well-established and highly regarded Australian apparel and lifestyle brand.
Play a key role in the brand's evolution, as it expands its reach directly to consumers and realises the next phase of growth.
In this newly created position, you will lead the development and execution of creative, intelligent and considered digital marketing strategies, both B2B and B2C along with collaborating with and providing support to the broader eCommerce team.
Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing Strategy : Develop and manage persuasive marketing initiatives across B2B and B2C channels, including social media, seasonal campaigns and SEO/SEM.
CRM & Email Marketing : Design and implement comprehensive and captivating email marketing strategies and campaigns, boosting engagement and analysing performance.
Paid Advertising : Manage all paid media channels, developing high impact campaigns that maximise ROI along with customer acquisition and retention.
Analytics and Reporting : Track performance metrics to drive social media reach and eCommerce success.
Content Creation : With high-quality, intelligently designed product and beautiful brand imagery, craft compelling and emotionally engaging content that aligns with the brand's aesthetic and ethos.
Written Communications: Develop polished copy and communications which creatively convey the essence of the brand and speak to the core demographic.
Partnerships: Establish and manage collaborations that align with brand values and lead to conversions.
Third-Party Marketplaces: Integration and optimisation, increasing visibility and sales.
What you'll bring: 5+ years in digital marketing and eCommerce.
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field preferred.
Experience working with marketing agencies, briefing and driving their performance.
Proficient in Shopify, SEO, Google Analytics, social media, and eCommerce tools.
Outstanding communication skills, able to creatively convey the brand story to our customers.
Excellent attention to detail and the confidence to utilise data to refine strategies and maximise results.
