The role This position plays an integral role within the Communications, Marketing, and Engagement team. 
Reporting to the General Manager of Communications, Marketing and Engagement, you will support a range of current and upcoming digital initiatives aligned with achieving our philanthropy, fundraising, community awareness, and brand objectives. 
You will also work with external vendors to optimise web platforms and roll out digital campaigns.
Key focus areasWebsite Management: Development, maintenance and enhancement of the Foundation's website(s) and associated content to create a positive, content-rich, user-friendly experience that drives donation consideration.Website Management: Development, maintenance and enhancement of the Foundation's website(s) and associated content to create a positive, content-rich, user-friendly experience that drives donation consideration.Email and Database Management: Management of the Foundation's email databases, creating segmented, visually engaging emails and automations that drive engagement and donation consideration.Digital Channel Management and Integration: Optimising and leveraging opportunities across digital channels to create a consistent and integrated suite of information. Maintaining digital account hygiene. Social Media Management: Maintaining social media account presence and ensuring content is delivered in line with the Foundations communication plan.   Management of the Foundation's email databases, creating segmented, visually engaging emails and automations that drive engagement and donation consideration.Digital Channel Management and Integration: Optimising and leveraging opportunities across digital channels to create a consistent and integrated suite of information. Maintaining digital account hygiene. Social Media Management: Maintaining social media account presence and ensuring content is delivered in line with the Foundations communication plan.   Key accountabilitiesCollaborating with the Individual Giving Manager to deliver supporter acquisition, retention, and engagement across digital platforms. Support the implementation of multi-platform digital campaigns (website, paid, social media, eDM, and marketing automation) in line with the broader Foundation's strategic plan.Maintain web platforms including domain management, ensuring information is accurate and consistent, while working with external developers to implement improvements as needed.Collaborate with the Communication and Media Officer to implement and deliver the social media plan (organic and paid), including content creation and optimisation.Provide accurate and timely reporting on campaigns across digital channels (web, social media, eDM, Google Ads).Identify and act on opportunities for improvements in functionality, SEO and user experience across all platforms. Key requirementsTo be successful in this role, you will meet the following criteria:
Brisbane-based candidate comfortable working 5 days per week from our Chermside office.Tertiary qualification in marketing, business, or another relevant field.3+ years' experience in digital marketing, including eDM, marketing automation, social media, landing page design and basic website development.Proficiency with basic HTML and CMS platforms (particularly WordPress and Funraisin), marketing automation platforms, eDM software (MailChimp or similar), Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, organic and paid social media advertising, and Microsoft Office suite.Skills in design using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.A positive, inclusive communicator who connects with the Foundation's values, mission and purpose.A proactive and positive attitude, with a love for collaboration.Exceptional organisational and project management skills with an ability to understand complex systems, integrations and a high attention to detail.
