The Digital Planner plays a critical role in supporting the operational success of Country Road Group's marketing functions by assisting in the execution and coordination of brand and centralised marketing processes, technologies, loyalty, CRM, and data management.
This role ensures operational efficiency, data accuracy, and seamless collaboration between key stakeholders, both internal and external, to achieve marketing objectives.
The Digital Planner works closely with the Senior Digital Planner to streamline workflows, maintain marketing databases, and support the optimisation of CRM-driven campaigns and loyalty programmes.
The role is essential in assisting the team to ensure the effective execution of campaigns and the integration of innovative marketing technologies.
Key Accountabilities Support the maintenance and accuracy of marketing databases and ensure the correct flow of data to enhance campaign performance Help identify areas for process improvements and efficiencies within marketing operations, working to streamline workflows and reduce bottlenecks Provide support for CRM-driven campaigns by assisting with data management, segmentation, and the personalisation of customer communications Act as a point of contact between the loyalty teams and marketing, ensuring the timely execution of loyalty activities Support the Senior Digital Planner in implementing innovative technologies that provide competitive advantages, ensuring operational efficiency across brands Help ensure that brand marketing activities are effectively integrated with central resources and aligned with group-wide goals Assist with the coordination of external partners and vendors, supporting the delivery of high-quality outcomes in line with the marketing vision and expectations.
Key Capabilities Experience in a marketing coordinator, marketing operations, or a related role.
Experience in supporting CRM and loyalty programme initiatives across multiple channels Familiarity with marketing technology (MarTech) platforms and basic automation tools Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and supporting project execution Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Braze Basic understanding of marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and data management Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday, Asana) Why work for CRG?
