About the role The Digital Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in executing our newly developed digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and contribute to business growth.
By collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business development, marketing and events, the Digital Marketing Manager ensures effective coordination and alignment of efforts, with a focus on optimising our online presence to deliver consistent, on-brand messaging.
The role also involves staying up to date with the latest digital trends to enhance our marketing efforts.
Key responsibilities include managing social media and EDM platforms, overseeing website optimisation for improved user experience and conversion rates, and creating compelling content.
Additionally, the Digital Marketing Manager contributes to the analysis of performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations to guide decision-making and improve outcomes.
About you 5+ years' experience in digital marketing, particularly within a B2B environment and, preferably within the property and construction industry.Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools, and email marketing software.Proven track record of creating engaging and innovative marketing content and campaigns.Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders effectively.A collaborative approach to teamwork and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and adjust strategies, as necessary.Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and meet business objectives.What we offer We understand that work and life are intrinsically linked.
