Chic rooms and suites embrace the iconic attractions just steps away, while the award-winning restaurant and street front bar are destinations unto themselves.About the role:Working closely with and reporting to the Senior Marketing, PR & Communications Manager, this critical role will lead the Digital and Communication activities for the Hotel and F&B outlets ensuring all activities align with Four Seasons brand standards while highlighting our core values: Connection, Character and Craftsmanship.A core focus will be driving brand penetration, optimising paid media efforts and expanding the new to brand segment through data driven SEO and SEM strategies.What you will do:Support the Senior Marketing, PR & Communications Manager to manage the digital and communications strategies of the Hotel with a proactive and creative approach to all digital and electronic marketing platforms.Develop an annual Digital Marketing campaign plan, heavily focused on paid media (PPC, display, social ads) and search engine marketing (SEM) to drive traffic, increase conversions, and enhance the hotel's brand penetration across digital channels.Ensure all promotional activities uphold the five-star image of the Hotel, aligning with Four Seasons' luxury positioning and maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.Collaborate with strategic partners to design innovative co-branded campaigns that showcase the hotel's unique offerings and craftsmanship.Regularly track, measure, and report on the performance of SEO, SEM, and paid media efforts.Oversee all social media channels, curating and creating content that increases the brand's reach and engagement.Pursue influencer partnerships and user-generated content initiatives to support social proof, ensuring these efforts are tied to the hotel's SEO and SEM strategies.What you bring:2+ years' experience in digital marketing role in the hotel/travel/tourism industry for a luxury product.A strong working knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft Office, Adobe & Google Analytics.Expertise in SEO strategy and optimization of all digital channels to maximise online performance.Excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate data articulately.A collaborative style that will build strong relations with key internal and external stakeholders.Proficiency in written and verbal English and exceptional communication skills.Tertiary Qualifications in digital marketing or business management highly regarded.What we offer:Competitive Salary, wages, and a comprehensive benefits package.Excellent Training and Development opportunities.Complimentary Accommodation at other Four Seasons Hotels and Resort.Complimentary Dry Cleaning for Employee Uniforms.Complimentary Employee Meals.If you fit the above criteria, we look forward to receiving your application!Candidates will need the right to work in Australia.Dedicated to perfecting the travel experience through continual innovation and the highest standards of hospitality, Four Seasons can offer what many hospitality professionals dream of - the opportunity to build a life-long career with global potential and a real sense of pride in work well done.
